Current Plans in Vietnam

  1. The company has been entrusted by the Government of Vietnam to serve as an importer of electricity from the Lao PDR, totaling 5,000 MW under the National Power Development Plan (PDP8) for 2025–2030.
  2. In collaboration with the Vietnamese government, the company is contributing to the development of 220kV and 500kV transmission systems, including substations and six interconnection routes linking to Vietnam’s main grid.
