Renewable Energy in Laos

We operate two solar power projects under 25-year concession contracts with Electricité du Laos:

  • Suwadee Green Energy Co., Ltd. (7.5 MW – COD 2022)

  • Nawadee Green Energy Co., Ltd. (11.5 MW – COD 2023)

These projects represent our long-term commitment to sustainable clean energy in the region.

Real Estate in Thailand

Our group has been actively developing and managing properties for over two decades:

  • Cho Charoen Market: 378 stalls and 27 shophouses in Nong Khai

  • Commercial buildings & shophouses: 14 buildings and 17 units for rent

  • Sky Residence: Apartment in Bangkok’s Lat Krabang District

  • Treepong Pattana Co., Ltd. – Shell (Since 1970)

  • Nawadee Service Co., Ltd. – PTT (Since 1987)
