Founded in 2018 in Vientiane, Lao PDR, Suwadee Group has grown into a regional conglomerate committed to clean energy, real estate development, and sustainable community investment. With roots in Thailand and strong ties in Laos, we operate across borders to drive innovation, resilience, and long-term growth.

Suwadee Group comprises four subsidiaries specializing in solar energy, land development, holding investments, and green infrastructure. We believe in doing business with integrity, fostering relationships with local communities, and delivering value that lasts.

Our Businesses

Renewable Energy in Laos

We operate two solar power projects under 25-year concession contracts with Electricité du Laos:

Suwadee Green Energy Co., Ltd. (7.5 MW – COD 2022)
Nawadee Green Energy Co., Ltd. (11.5 MW – COD 2023)

These projects represent our long-term commitment to sustainable clean energy in the region.

Real Estate in Thailand

Our group has been actively developing and managing properties for over two decades:

Cho Charoen Market: 378 stalls and 27 shophouses in Nong Khai
Commercial buildings & shophouses: 14 buildings and 17 units for rent
Sky Residence: Apartment in Bangkok’s Lat Krabang District

Oil & Gas Stations

We manage three major gas stations under leading energy brands:

Treepong Pattana Co., Ltd. – Shell (Since 1970)
Nawadee Service Co., Ltd. – PTT (Since 1987)
S.D. Oil Co., Ltd. – Bangchak (Since 2015)
